John Stemberger Responds to President Biden's Comments on Florida's Bill Protecting School Children |
Biden just denounced the Parental Rights in Education Act as “a hateful bill” towards the LGBTQI+ community, but this is a good bill which should be called “The-Don’t-Change-My-Son-Into-a-Daughter Act.” Though opponents nickname it the “Don’t Say Gay” bill, there is nothing in this bill preventing anyone from ‘saying gay.’ It is designed to limit young students’ exposure to conversations about gender and sexual orientation before they’ve matured. Listen to John Stemberger discuss this bill on Washington Watch with Tony Perkins. |

Tallahassee Mom: ‘Gender Ideology Almost Destroyed My Family’ |
MUST READ THIS ARTICLE Littlejohn, who is a mother of three children and a licensed mental health counselor, was shocked. Shocked at the fact that the meeting took place without her knowledge. She had previously informed school officials about the family situation. Her daughter was experiencing stress about her gender at the height of the pandemic and the family was completely caught by surprise. The family found a counselor and began researching the issue. And now school officials had intervened between her and her daughter over a very personal issue. She would later explain in a speech to the Florida Family Policy Council how “gender ideology almost destroyed my family.” |

The New Babel and the New Pentecost |
The building of the first Babel was an act of pride. (cf. Gen 11) Like Adam and Eve, the builders didn’t want to receive from God; they wanted to obtain things on their own. They sought to construct a tower “with its top in the heavens” and to make a name for themselves, lest they be “scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.” They desired to raise themselves to God’s level – to be self-sufficient – and to establish unity on their own terms. To frustrate their aims and punish their pride, God confused their language and scattered them. The lesson of Babel is clear: it is human pride that has produced confusion and division in the world. We are witnessing the construction of a new Babel. Ours is a post-Christian society, an anti-culture that has rejected the Word of God. In our pride, we want on our own terms and by our own accomplishments what creatures can only receive from God. We have thrown off His reality – about gender, sex, life, etc. – and tried to... |

What Percentage of Transgenders Regret Surgery? |
The 2015 U.S. Transgender Survey claims that 11% of female respondents regret surgery enough to change back to their original sex. Transgender men had a reversion rate of 4%. But considering that transgender surgery can range from $7,000 to well over $50,000 depending on the sex and extent, is that a surprise? There are those who consider themselves transgender but do or do not have surgery, just as there or those that may have some treatment (e.g. hormones or partial surgery) but not complete the process or be left in limbo. |

Breaking from Seductive Sentimentality |
"There is no such thing as “transgender.” It is an engineered term designed to disguise the reality of psychological and sometimes physical mutilation. When public authorities promote such sexual perversion in schools, it is indeed child abuse. The uncritical acceptance of LGBTQ nomenclature helps advance a radical sexual agenda."

California Parents Flood School Board Meeting – Demand Parental Rights Sanctuary Regarding Vaccines and Sex Education |
Is this what we want throughout our nation? "Christian Edwards, a parent who lives in Murrieta said, 'I came out to support parents who don’t want to be forced to vaccinate their children and to fight back against the schools allowing minors to leave campus to have abortions or hormone therapy.'" Voicing disapproval from behind a computer or cell phone on social media just doesn’t cut it anymore, especially with social media censoring dissenting voices more and more these days. |

Should a Catholic participate in a gay pride parade? |
“Pride Parades” today encompass a much larger agenda than anti-discrimination. They’re largely funded by, supported by, attended by, the secular LGBT agenda. And while one sliver of what they’re standing for and pushing against in society is upholding the dignity of the person, which I would agree with, there’s a whole lot more that they’re pushing for that’s directly against my faith". |

Same-Sex Parenting: The Child Maltreatment No One Mentions |
Even if further research makes the harm of same-sex parenting indisputable—which, to this social scientist, is virtually so already—don’t expect mainstream social science to accept it. Ideology has long-since replaced true scholarship there—they are blind followers masquerading as independent thinkers at the cutting edge. Also, don’t expect the CPS to start thinking that the damage caused to children by same-sex parenting—and certainly not the whole notion of same-sex parenting itself—qualifies as child maltreatment. |

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Health |
A complex combination of factors can impact youth health outcomes. LGB youth are at greater risk for depression, suicide, substance use, and sexual behaviors that can place them at increased risk for HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).3 Nearly one-third (29%) of LGB youth had attempted suicide at least once in the prior year compared to 6% of heterosexual youth.3 |

“Redefining” Marriage? |
In the current debate over gay marriage, people sometimes ask:Who should define marriage? Democrats or Republicans in Congress? The Supreme Court? Should it be put to a referendum, allowing the majority to choose a definition? We can identify two kinds of “definitions” when it comes to marriage. The first touches on the essence, the objective reality, or the truth about marriage. The second involves a legal or political position, advanced through the media, judicial decisions, or other legislative means. While these secondary definitions of marriage can be of interest, their true level of importance is properly gauged only in reference to the first and objective definition. |

Between the (Gender) Lines: the Science of Transgender Identity |
Sex determination – the way we are “coded” into a biological sex – is complicated in and of itself. There are far more options than just “male” or “female,” and countless instances of species that can actually transition from one sex to another within a single lifetime. With most mammals, however, the majority of individuals are cisgender male or female; transgender individuals are estimated to comprise about 0.3% of the adult U.S. population. |
